Hi everyone. I am not on the forum very often but look around it for information which I always find helpful.

I will be going to Australia in the spring and wonder if you have any tips on travel insurance.

My RA (or medication) is now affecting my lungs and when I declare this, on online quotes from insurance companies, the quotes have jumped away up in value.

I have used Staysure before and had to pay £10 extra for the RA but, this time I have been quoted £89.57 extra for a single trip policy. The cost now is £165.17.

Money Supermarket came up with quotes from £107 upwards but I have not heard of any of the companies mentioned.

I would be grateful if any one has some advice for me.

Cheers and greetings from snowy Perth.

Karen
